Because our products are sensitive research compounds where integrity and chain of custody are critical, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, reconstituted material, and items damaged through improper storage or handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to start a claim
Email support@glowstrongpeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or store credit at our discretion.
